From Sheremetyevo airport to the city

Sheremetyevo International Airport is an international airport located 29 km northwest of central Moscow. It is a hub for passenger operations of the Russian international airline Aeroflot, and is one of the three major airports that serve Moscow, along with Domodedovo International Airport and Vnukovo International Airport.

By train

Aeroexpress operates a nonstop line, connecting the airport to Belorussky station in downtown Moscow. One-way journey takes 35 minutes. The trains offer adjustable seats, luggage compartments, restrooms, electric outlets. Business-class coaches available.The trains depart airport every 30 minutes and they are punctual.Trains are avaliable from 05.00 am to 00.30 am next day.

Aeroexpress has a lot of fares for passangers.One trip card costs 500RUB, return trip costs 1000RUB and one trip business card costs 1000RUB.Check out other fares to find the best option for your trip.

By bus and metro

Moscow can be reached by bus lines: 817 to station Planernaya of Moscow Metro Line 7 (purple line), 851 to station Rechnoy Vokzal of line 2 (green line), departures every 15 minutes, travel time 45-60 minutes by schedule depending on the terminal served.On Planernaya station there is shopping centre where you can get refreshment.You need to go trough shopping centre to get to Planernaya metro station.One trip card costs 55RUB and there are a lot of ticket options.Tickets can be used for all means of transport in Moscow (metro,bus,trolley…).

At night time bus N1 (Russian: Н1) departures every 30 minutes between 3am and 5:40am connects the airport to Moscow’s Leningradsky Avenue, downtown area and Leninsky Avenue. Travel time 30–90 minutes, fare is 55RUB.

By taxi

Best option is to use Yandex taxi.It is cheap and most important legal.You should avoid suspicious taxies as they are probably illegal.
